Shannon is always such a pleasure to work with!! My latest trip was a cruise and she planned the details, gave me a list of things to buy and pack months in advance, and regularly checked in to make sure we were doing okay. My wife and I had gotten recently married and had name changes, a new baby and new passports to deal with.
