Working with Us

We have a luxury Signature Concierge Care from start to finish for your vacation. We take a limited amount of clients per month, per year. In order to continue providing exclusive personalized service, we do charge a research, planning and Concierge Care fee for custom vacations. We will always be fully transparent about any fees before we begin working together.

Simply book a complimentary consultation through our Calendly link. We will have a genuine conversation about your travel goals, your specific needs, and what a successful trip looks like for you. No pressure, no obligation.

Accessibility is at the heart of everything we do, but we welcome any traveler who values thoughtful, high touch planning. If you want someone who handles every detail so you can truly relax, you are in the right place.

For accessible travel, earlier is always better. We recommend 6 to 12 months out for international trips and cruises, and 3 to 6 months for domestic travel. Accessible rooms, accessible excursions, and specialty dining arrangements are limited and book quickly.

You contact us and we handle it. Whether a room does not meet your accessibility needs, a dining issue arises, or plans change unexpectedly, we are available to problem solve in real time. You are never navigating it alone.

Accessible Travel

We specialize in wheelchair and mobility travel, autism and neurodivergent travel, Celiac disease and food allergy travel, POTS and chronic illness, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, invisible disabilities, and travel related anxiety. If you have a specific need not listed, reach out and we will let you know how we can help.

Yes. We personally contact properties to request specific measurements, real photos, and protocol confirmation. A hotel listing a room as accessible on their website tells you very little. We ask the specific questions that matter for your needs.

We contact food and beverage directors directly to discuss cross contamination protocols, kitchen procedures, and ingredient sourcing. We also provide dining communication cards in the local language and create destination specific dining guides for every trip.

We work with most major cruise lines and have specific expertise in accessible cabin verification and special dietary accommodation across the industry. During your consultation we will discuss which lines are the best fit for your specific needs and travel style.

Yes. We have extensive experience planning Disney and Universal trips for families with accessibility needs, including Disability Access Service guidance, sensory preparation, accessible resort selection, and dining coordination for Celiac and allergy families.
